Journal overview
Aims and scope
The journal Opuscula Mathematica publishes original research articles that are of significant importance in all areas of Functional Analysis, Operator Theory, Differential and Difference Equations, Harmonic Analysis, Nonlinear Analysis, and other areas of Applied Mathematics.
As of October 1, 2026, the Editorial Board has decided to narrow the scope of the journal. In particular, discrete mathematics, including graph theory and combinatorics, is no longer included among the areas covered by the journal. Consequently, new submissions in these areas will no longer be considered for publication.
Open access policy
Opuscula Mathematica is an open access research journal. This means that the full texts of articles are freely available to users who may read, download, print, and redistribute them without a subscription. The articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons BY license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
Recommendations of IMU and COPE
Opuscula Mathematica adheres to the International Mathematical Union (IMU) recommendations for Best Current Practices for Journals and the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) about the best practice in publication ethics.
