AB  - The spectral properties and the asymptotic behaviour of the discrete spectrum for a special class of infinite tridiagonal matrices are given. We derive the asymptotic formulae for eigenvalues of unbounded complex Jacobi matrices acting in \(l^2(\mathbb{N})\).
